The summit is really small, but the incredible view makes up for it. Given I hiked it in April the trail was very muddy. The trails were poorly marked if at all, but it's easy to follow the trail. There is only one unmarked turn that would mess you up.

Great quick hike

The hike itself was not exceptional, however, the view from the top was quite exceptional.

Snake Mountain used to be an island surrounded by Lake Vermont. The hike took about an hour ascending from Mountain Rd in Addison.

Nice hike!

Overall a fairly gradual ascend with a terrific view.

The summit is actually a foundation for an unfinished house that a man was building, but he died in a car crash across seas unable to complete his project.

Nice
